02Data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company and message. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

03Why we use it

Your data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to follow up on a project or an application. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or the steps you ask us to take before a contract.

04How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

05Who can access it

Only the members of our team who need it to answer you. Your data is never sold. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which acts as our processor under appropriate safeguards.

06Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law (UK GDPR and GDPR) you can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for it to be limited or transferred. Write to contact@cmtandtms.group. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local supervisory authority.
