Brands and intellectual property
Who owns the brands of the group, and how their names and logos may be used.
01Ownership of the brands
The brands Audityron, VAIRH, Aixter, Floutix, Idkey and Foodway were created and are owned by CMT & TMS Management Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15963485.
The group holds the names, logos, visual identities, domain names, software, texts and images associated with these brands, and directs their development.

03Trademark notices
The symbol ® is used only for trademarks registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). It refers to that French registration and does not mean that the trademark is registered in the United Kingdom.
The symbol ™ indicates a trademark for which an application has been filed with the INPI and whose registration is pending. The group claims its rights over these names from the date of filing.
04Operating entities
Each brand is operated under the responsibility of the group. In France, services are delivered by the French establishment of the company, CMT & TMS Management, 15 Rue des Halles, 75001 Paris (SIREN 934 156 803).
The entity that publishes each brand website and delivers its services is stated in the legal notice of that website, which prevails for the services it describes.
05Official websites
Only the websites listed above are official websites of the brands. Any other website, account or document that uses these names without our authorisation is not connected to the group. If you have a doubt, contact us before sharing any personal or payment information.
06Use of names and logos
No name, logo or visual element of the group or its brands may be reproduced, modified or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of CMT & TMS Management Ltd.
Journalists and partners may use the logos for editorial purposes or to present a partnership, without altering them, after requesting the files from us.
07Software and content
The software, applications, websites, texts, photos and videos developed for the brands are protected by copyright and remain the property of the group, unless stated otherwise.
08Third-party trademarks
Names of tools, platforms or partners that may appear on our websites remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned for information only.
09Reporting misuse
To report an unauthorised use of one of our brands, a look-alike website or a copy of our content, write to contact@cmtandtms.group with any useful link or screenshot. We handle every report.
