Digital HR Manager

Run the HR side of VAIRH for small businesses, online, with our in-house HR software.

VAIRH is the external HR department for small businesses that do not have one. Each client gets a dedicated advisor, supported by HR software built by the group. We are looking for a Digital HR Manager to lead this service, fully remote, attached to our London headquarters.

What you will do

  • Be the dedicated HR advisor for a portfolio of client businesses: hiring, contracts, onboarding, absences and departures
  • Handle employee questions and tensions early, by message, video call or phone
  • Use and improve the VAIRH software with the product team: workflows, templates, documents
  • Write clear HR guides and templates that clients can use on their own
  • Keep processes compliant and up to date as regulations change

What we are looking for

  • 3 years or more in HR, ideally generalist or HR business partner
  • Comfortable with digital tools and remote work
  • Clear, warm and organised: owners rely on you for answers they can act on
  • Fluent English, French is a strong plus as many clients are in France
